Brake Metal/Metal Bending

The Custom District’s 10-foot-long CNC metal box brake folding/bending machine forms and bends metals including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon (plain) steel, Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels, copper, and brass at thicknesses up to 14-gauge. The box brake feature on this machine allows highly complex forming.

We bend simple and complex forms including bends, long folds, open and closed hems, U-Channel, “S” curves, Z-Channel, arcs, and shearing including long lengths, as well as custom profiles.

Our products include channels, custom gutters, down spouts, cornice, soffit, fascia, coping, parapet caps, flashing (both reglet and counter flashing), end dams, backsplashes, counters and tabletops, storefront panels, wall cladding, shelving, overbar components, light gauge angles, and more.
